I just wanted to write a quick note on how absolutely amazing your team was this week, from their polite behavior to the quality of work. Being fire survivors, and having had many companies work on our home, we had the worst of the worst, and Window World was by far the best of the best and we will be giving you more business later this year.Mahalos many and please reward and keep these gentlemen in your company as they are a huge asset.

I had a great experience with window world. They were very professional and were able to explain the process as well as the timing the job would take. The windows are great and add to the overall appearance of my home. Thanks to Ezra and his crew as well to Brent who came over from Oahu to the big island to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

Replaced my front door and new windows and sliders on my patio. Was done with kn I wedge and expertise. Kept in touch with me about changes etc. Pono was very knowledgeable in this and his partner both very easy to work with.

It was getting frustrating trying to get a small window replaced. Luckily a Window World flyer showed up in my mailbox! Everyone I dealt with was professional. The installers showed up 15 minutes early! The two of them worked diligently on the window. They were here about two hours and not only replaced the window, but also were careful to fully caulk around the window! So far, no little bugs have gotten in, so I’m hopeful. The ONLY thing was about cost. It seemed expensive, but everything it seems is more expensive these days, thanks to COVID.

Window World’s full team was exceptional, from the salesperson that visited our condo and educated us on our options and took measurements, to those that organized installers to come to our home, to the installers that came to install our window they were ready to answer questions, courteous, and kind. The end results were excellent, we love our new window and I would highly recommend Window World to others.
